Keto Almond Coconut Collagen Protein Bars

Note: Keto collagen is a combination of medium-chain triglycerides (MCTs) and collagen which is the protein that is responsible for the development and strengthening of your joints, tendons, cartilage, hair, skin, nails and several other organs.


  • 1 ½ scoop of Perfect Keto’s Unflavoured Collagen with MCT or Keto Protein Powder
  • ⅓ cup of almonds and other crushed nuts (you can also use macadamia and pecan)
  • 1 cup desiccated, shredded or finely chopped coconuts
  • 3 tbsp of Cocoa powder
  • ½ a cup of Coconut oil
  • 1 cup of Almond butter
  • 2 tbsp Erythritol


  1. Mix up all ingredients in a bowl except the oil and the butter.
  2. In another bowl, mix melted coconut oil and almond butter. Let it cool for 3-4 minutes.
  3. Pour the blend of the dry ingredients into the almond butter and coconut oil and mix well.
  4. Next, transfer the entire mixture into a baking tray containing a buttered parchment. Put desiccated or shredded coconut on top and chill the whole thing overnight.

Chocolate Chip Sugar-Free Paleo Protein Bars


  • 1 cup nut butter
  • 4 tbsps of melted coconut oil
  • 2 scoops of vanilla protein powder or Perfect Keto’s Unflavoured Collagen with MCT
  • 4-5 tbsp of cacao nibs or chocolate chips


  1. Mix all the ingredients.
  2. Pour the mixture into a loaf pan or a baking dish and firmly press it into the dish.
  3. Chill overnight and cut into bars.

No-Bake Peanut Butter (Keto, Paleo, and Vegan) Protein Bars


  • ½ a cup of coconut flour
